Hilary and I took Baker and Audrey to the Yellow River Ranch Game Preserve. This is a "wildlife refuge" where some animals are tame and wander around freely for you to interact with them. Other animals are not free to roam, like rabid goats, bears, pigs, bobcats, and aggressive donkeys. So the idea of seeing cute little nursery rhyme quality animals was kinda fun and then we got there and realized that they're only cute in nursery rhymes and most of them should have been roadkill. In any event, kids come to this preserve to get their fair dose of eColi and you can tell what kind of Mom you are if you let the deer touch your kid, if you brought the industrial size thing of Purell, and if, when you got home, you lysoled the heck out of your stroller wheels and shoes. I know I did all that and I'm pretty sure Hilary did too. So here are some pictures from that day.

Audrey was a little more chill about the deer in the face than Baker was.
