Translated: Daddy, Cat, Duck, Ball. That's the extent of Baker's verbal vocabulary at the moment. His nonverbal vocabulary is about the same, but at least he's figured out "Yeah!" and "Finished" (which he indicates with sign language- the only word he really produces right now that we're sure of). He's definitely recognizing words too like light, fan, wheel, tire, truck, train, block, giraffe, monkey, bunnyrabbit (to which he scrunches up his nose and starts breathing heavily, which cracks me up!), frog, dog, milk, water, cheese, and the list goes on. He babbles constantly, saying dadadadada for a lot of things. His latest fascination is with keys and the remote controls to our cars and the garage door. What a fascinating world!
Too cute for school!
